Why should you attend a ThrowsLab Camp... Our camp attendees will learn -The science behind the throw. -Identify what part of the throw is limiting your ability to throw far. -Learn the most effective drills, how to do them properly, and why they dramatically improve your results. -Fix common throwing mistakes...Fast! What you should know: This camp is open to ALL ages & levels of throwers and coaches. Each year, we welcome youth, high school, collegiate, post-collegiate, and master throwers, and coaches from youth to high school to parents who volunteer their time as coaches! We welcome anyone who wants to learn how to train smarter and throw farther! LUNCH We will break at 12 pm for lunch. We recommend that all camp attendees bring: A snack Lunch Water We will have a 1-hour break for lunch and then we are back to work! SHOES AND IMPLEMENTS Throwing shoes are HIGHLY recommended for participants… Coaches too! We will be doing a lot of drills, movements, and throwing. Coaches also will be asked to do the drills and apply them. This speeds up the learning process and launches your throwing progress. If possible, please bring implements and make sure they are clearly marked with your name, or school name. The more implements, the more throws and that equals RESULTS!
