The West Volusia Runners Welcome You to the

Tenth Annual Lighthouse Loop Half Marathon & 5K

There is no better way to spend a crisp, cool, autumn morning than running and there won't be a more beautiful run than through the streets along the ocean and intercoastal waterway of Volusia County.

There is no better venue than The Lighthouse Loop Half Marathon & 5k. Both routes begin in near the base of the Dunlawton bridge Port Orange, FL. The Half Marathon route will take runners south to loop around the historic Ponce Inlet lighthouse with the return trip along the Intracoastal Waterway and over the bridge to finish adjacent to Aunt Catfish's On the River.  The 5K route is a scenic out and back along the mainland side of the Intracoastal to the same finish line and great party!  

There is no better place to be on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021.  Lighthouse Loop will raise funds to support the ten public high school athletic departments of Volusia County.  In our first eight years the West Volusia Runners have successfully raised over $160,000 for our student athletes. We are excited to continue to add to the effort with another successful fundraiser in 2021!
