Run 4 Their Lives is a Freedom 4/24 event that raises awareness and funds to bring sexually exploited women and children into freedom. Throughout 2018, Run 4 Their Lives will be highlighting the efforts of its international partner, New Beginnings, in Thailand and its local partner, Compassion To Act, in Charlotte, NC. Here is an overview of each organization.

New Beginnings: Home of New Beginnings is a holistic relational ministry in Bangkok and Pattaya, Thailand, that seeks to address the spiritual, emotional, physical, and educational needs of women and children who desire to leave the sex trade. It is a place of safety and hope that builds trust and community around faith-centered healing and education. Girls who live at New Beginnings receive an education through college, as well as, housing, food, vocational supplies and medical support. 

Compassion To Act (CTA): CTA is a faith-based ministry that serves victims through Awareness-Liberation-Restoration. CTA ministers to victims of labor and sex trafficking by raising awareness in the community-at-large about modern-day slavery, liberating victims through connecting them to the resources available within the Charlotte area, and helping them find restoration through mentoring, spiritual training, job training, and life skills training. They believe in Gods’ complete restorative power and it is their desire to see every victim of human trafficking set free and become all that God has created them to be.
