Description

The  Inner Athlete's 5th annual Thanksgiving day Turkey Trot takes place on a scenic, point-to-point course on Thanksgiving morning. It starts on the south end of San Leandro Marina Park and, after one 5k loop (3.1 miles) returns directly to the beautiful grassy meadow of the park and our staging area. All fitness levels are welcome - Walkers, Joggers, Kids and Pacers - everyone will be there.

After race stretch sessions will begin 30 minutes after the race start and will be lead by the awesome personal trainers of The Inner Athlete. 

All participants will receive a special edition turkey trot t-shirt and everyone crossing the finish line will receive a finisher's medal. Post run treats will be available, so you won't want to miss this awesome event!

Event details and schedule

Our Turkey Trot race will begin at 8:00am on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 22, 2018. Participants may begin checking in onsite at 7:00am. Please be prepared to show your ID upon check-in. Parking is available in lot adjacent to the park and on the street. Parking is first come first serve, so please plan to arrive early to accommodate.
